wood pellet machine/ flat die pellet mill description:

The series SKJ flat die pellet mill with Taper-Shape Rollers( 3 rollers and 4 rollers series) is our patent product.This specia design make the friction between the rollers and the flat die recude a lot, so that the lifetime of the machine is lengthened.

It is specially applied to wood sawdust,straw, crop stalk as well as rice husk and other hard pelleting crude fiber. They can also be used for making fertilizer pellets and animal feed pellets. The technology we are using is developed from Germany.The output volume is high, energy consumption is low and the operation is convenient.

The diameter of pellts can be 2-15mm,and the bricks can be 6-30mm.As for pelleting small briquettes, the diameter can be 8-30mm.

The density of the pellets and the briquette is about 1.1-1.4.

The following specifications are for the straw or sawdust pellet capacity,when the machine is used for making fertilizer or feed,the capacity will be doubled or three times.
